Boston Systems & Solutions, Inc. is available from Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM to serve you. If you are currently experiencing an emergency please contact BSS by phone at 978-469-0002. If it is after hours, weekend or holiday, Boston Systems will make every effort to contact you the next business day.
Regrettably, we are currently unable to support a 24x7 emergency response to organizations that are not current clients.
If you are a current BSS client you should have instructions on how to reach us in case of an emergency after hours. If not please contact the BSS office to make arrangements with your technician.
