Our client base has experienced a growing need for periodic
network administration. The problem is that these companies do not have
enough ongoing work to keep a full or part-time administrator busy nor do
they have the budget to justify the position. BSS has solved this problem
with a scheduled network administrative call program called "MOBILE
I.T." which provides the following services on a weekly, biweekly or
monthly basis:
-Preventative maintenance including periodic diagnostics on each workstation
and file server, de-fragmentation of hard drives, clean system components.
-Download of software
updates and load to all corresponding workstations. (a vital function for
Anti-Virus software).
-Address periodic software and hardware problems that may occur within the
office
-Check network system settings and adjust
as needed
-Security and user administration
-Installation and configuration of new workstations and peripheral equipment as needed.

-Assess the training needs of staff and implement an ongoing training schedule with management.
-Provide an ongoing review of company procedures as they relate to the use of technology and suggest improvements.
